I have tried tons of ai writing options. They all suck. Pressmaster ai is different. It doesn't write so much as it reorganizes my own words for me. I love the experience of the interview it does to pull information from me, and gather enough to build what I need using my own words. The result needs very little editing to sound like me, because it is me. It's a much simpler way to create content that is genuine & doesn't read or sound like ai wrote it.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like most ai SAAS. Pressmaster can be glitchy. I learned quickly to copy each question & answer to a swipe file as I go because it sometimes locks up & you have to repeat your response or start over. Having a swipe file of it's questions and your answers is very useful though because, again, it's your writing, not ai. And it doesn't use all of the content. So you can repurpose this writing later.
Creating quality thoughtleader content I feel proud to share because it isn't ai drivel.




I've always preferred capturing my thought leadership ideas through voice notes, then refining them later. When AI writing tools emerged, I started using their voice features to record my thoughts, which worked well, but Pressmaster has completely transformed my workflow.

The trending news feature gives me timely topics to write about, and I particularly love the voice interview capability. Like, really, really love it!
I also love having everything in one place. Previously, I juggled multiple AI conversations, one for social posts, another for article ideas, and separate threads for each article I wrote. That constant switching was frustrating and inefficient.
Pressmaster consolidates everything into a single, streamlined content assistant (tbh feels more than just assistant, but not sure how else to describe it) that handles multiple formats, from LinkedIn posts to long-form articles and more.
I feel like I've only scratched the surface of what Pressmaster can do, and I'm excited to continue exploring its capabilities in months to come. I don't think I would say that its just another AI tool, and I am sure they will be adding more features as they grow.
Ok, so reading back all I wrote I can say that it's not just an assistant but a comprehensive content creation partner that actually understands how I work.

Pressmaster is constantly evolving and it's really exciting. I was skeptical about using it at first, honestly. I have used different 'social media schedulers" but this is different. At first glance that's all it was, create AI driven social media posts, schedule, boom done! It wasn't that at all, in fact it's almost insulting to assume that's the capacity of Pressmaster. When I started to explore how it helped create my own unique Brand Voice, then applied it to the content that was interesting. Then, to discover just how well it found real and quality trending content using what they call "Trendmaster", it leveled up my engagements and reach. NOW, the agentic chat element of analyzing and structuring the content from long-form article to social posts is just almost insane level quality. When I decided to show clients this product, it was a real eye-opener for what is possible. For the ones that have stepped forward, there's no going back now! They are hooked.
If you are just thinking about trying this product, you really need to take a leap of faith. There is a tremendous upside for the individual user, and massive opportunity for the Agency owner. Plus, the speed of innovation is second to none. They are constantly rolling out new features and tweaking the efficiency of the existing ones.

The learning curve for some people who don't use AI tools much, this could be a bit of a learning curve. You need to understand the challenges you have to better understand the problems it solves. Pressmaster isn't for everyone, but the industries and individuals that Can make use of it, should take the time to learn. The customer support is a bit sparse, given the time difference between Germany and the US. But, I know they do their best and are getting better with it.
Authenticity Wins! In the mortgage industry it's hard to stand out and not just become part of the the noise. Pressmaster helps with the authenticity part tremendously, as well as the quality of the outputs. If you want to me a Thought Leader, this is the key!




Pressmaster makes it easy to take an idea and turn it into a finished article. The flow of the platform feels natural and the AI usually produces drafts that are clear and well-structured. It saves me time and gives me a starting point that I can refine rather than staring at a blank page.
I had some trouble with the recording process and needed to contact the support team to get it working. They were responsive, but it slowed me down. I also think the tool needs to show where facts or data come from. Without that, I have to double check everything myself before publishing.

It has a built-in AI logic and memory. It remembers the content you are creating, so it learns as you use it. The best part is the knowledge query system they have developed. You can provide an idea in the form of some text, keywords, or, as I do, a sample article that has the core information I'm looking to share. It then goes through an interview cycle that can include multiple people from your team asking questions to understand the nature of your content and your intent in the delivery. The questions become very insightful, drawing from your starting concept and including the answers you provide during the interview.
I tend towards very technical material, and I'm impressed with its ability to hone down to the core issues. As part of the building process, you define the length, tone, and other key attributes for the content. My favorite item is the Angle Direction that is requested in the build. This allows you to focus the article in a specific direction. For example, if my source material had three basic core items, I can concentrate the AI to only write about one item or to take a specific aspect of the article. This is very handy if I'm writing a rebuttal,
It then takes your source material, the Answers to its interview questions, and your directions and builds an article. These are all items that you could make into an AI prompt, but it is not going to be as easy to work with as Pressmaster is.
I also keep a record of the interview and use that for presentations because the questions help me point people in directions that help explain the technical aspect of the initial article.
I use Pressmaster for two primary tasks in my content business. I build YouTube scripts from the articles, a main introduction to the topics, and several question-and-answer videos that drill down into the technical questions deeply. These are all based on the article creation and interview process. The second is press releases to announce each new video on social media, helping me drive views to my YouTube channel.
My content is on point, concise, and very readable. I can produce two to three videos every day without overloading my daily schedule.

It saves me an enourmous amount of time in developing content. Seconondly, it helps provide a consistent format to the content. My viewers are getting used to the way I present data to them.




My favourite part about pressmaster.ai is that it pushes you for your insight, and your thoughts on a topic. In the modern world of AI it's all to easy to sit back and let AI produce another generic article on a subject. But with Pressmaster.ai and the intereview feature, the software presses you for an opinion and a thought about the topic, and folds that into what is being produced.
The platform is really easy to use, and a great all in one tool as it pulls together trending topics for you to cover, and allows you to repurpose your longer form content into shorter form social media content efficiently and accross multiple platforms at the same time.
I haven't found any issues with Pressmaster.ai so far. My only complaint would be the focus is on written content, and would be great to have the same knowledge and analytics applied to script writting for video content.
Pressmaster.ai allows me to quickly ideate topics for long form content for my blog/newsletter. Then it helps me quickly convert these ideas to social media short form content.




I appreciate the opportunity to conduct an interview and gain real and personal insight into the intent behind my blogs. I am often asked tough questions that require thought, and my drafts often come out sounding authentic. I also like the SEO optimization and the ability to add pictures. Full disclosure - I have not had the chance to use many of the other features yet. I will update my review when I can give an honest review of them.
The most frustrating issue with Presmaster.ai is that you cannot save the chat between you and the software. For example, to draft an article, there is a lot of back-and-forth dialogue between the writer and the program. While the actual draft of the article is saved, that chat is not. If you need to refresh your screen or lock your computer, everything will be lost, and you will have to start from scratch with the existing draft. If you want to save the chatbox dialogue, you need to cut and paste the information into a Word document and paste it back into the chat you were working on. Otherwise, you start over with a new interview and a blank chat box, as if you were never there. I lost several hours trying to recreate the work I spent hours drafting. I have also been having issues with the software freezing up. I then need to cut and paste everything from the chat and save it to a Word document in case I have to refresh the page to get the software to work again; otherwise, I will lose it.
Pessmaster.ai definately helps me draft blogs I feel confident in using without too much prompting. I, of course, put my own touches into the piece. That said, I have not had one minute of writer's block since I began using it, and I will now have the time to actually write a blog.

I use pressmaster as my first task each day. The interview function for content generation is great, being able to work through ideas while being interviewed really sets up my focus for the day. The tools for exporting make distribution easy, and if you're struggling for time with to use a seperate social media scheduler, the quick distribution and ease scheduling within the browser is great. I try to focus on producing 1-3 blog posts a day and schedule them in the week in case things get busy. As a tool it saves me time, provides focus and allows me to focus on other aspects of our NFP startup.

Getting started is pretty simple. All you have to do is integrate your platforms and start using the platform. It gives you content ideas to start off with.

There isn't a day when I don't use Pressmaster. Whether I'm adding new shower thoughts for my team to use, approving content or answering interviews, there's always something to do.
The customer support has been nothing but phenomenal for me... from day one both on the tech and business side I received the support I needed and critical questions were answered fast. There are weekly webinars to make sure your voice is heard and all feedback is recorded. The team is fast at implementing what the users want and fixing any bugs that may be encountered.
The whitelabel side of Pressmaster still has a few bugs, but the team has been fast to fix anything as they are encountered.
We produce a lot of content for ourselves and our clients and need an efficient way to manage this content. The content needs to be authentic and in brand voice. Tools like ChatGPT have a hard time fulfling these needs as it's not workflow based. Pressmaster gives us the entire workflow to produce a full lifecycle of content from idea to repurposing.




I like how you can combine interviews, previous blogs I've written, and structured outlines I'd like it to follow, along with a chosen brand voice and it will combine all that into a well written article. I have only written 3 Linked In Newsletters so far with it but I love it. As a VP of Marketing who also manages strategy and revenue operations I don't have time to create all the content I need from scratch and this has already helped me accelerate the pace of my content production, while keeping quality up to par.
There is not much to dislike... I just have to finish learning how to do the tool. And I appreciate the great weekly webinars they offer for that. If I had to pick one annoyance it is that occasionally it will make up a quote or a metric that did not happen/is not true. I wish there was a box to check for "do not make anything up, just use what I gave you". But as long as I proof-read the content, like I need to do anyway, I can catch it and edit it.

The best thing about Pressmaster is the depth of thinking it uses in the way it works. The other tools i've tried all just looked at my website or some recent posts and then tried to write like me.
Pressmaster lets you upload relevant content about your business, asks relevant questions about your brand voice and generates a baseline understanding of you. But the really clever bit is that it then applies that depth to every post it writes.
You can start a new article with a simple vague idea, and it'll generate a selection of ideas to start from then turn one into an article or social post. But then interview you to fill out more depth and make things even more specific, the interview functionality is what really lifts Pressmaster above the competition. Just like a real PR manager or copywriter would interview you to shape up an article, which is invaluable when you're a business of one person!
The interview part of the software has two modes, one where it speaks questions to you and you answer verbally. And another where the questions are given in text format and you type (or dictate) your answers into a text box.
I found the live audio interview didn't work so well for me as I tend to ramble a little and need to pause to gather my thoughts and it would assume i'd finished speaking.
The text questions give me more time to re and re-read them as i'm answering and dictate my answer, which works perfectly for me.
As a small business owner, with no team around me generating content for my social profiles can be a huge time sink. So i'm keen to explore anything that can help me create more content in less time, but without compromising on quality. Many of the tools i've tried were very fast, but wrote terrible cliched content that was clearly not me.
With some time spent learning Pressmaster.ai has got better and better with each interview I do with it at integrating my opinions and ideas into new posts.

There are many interesting features such as a hook simulator enabling you to choose the hook that will be most viral, as well as trending topics, and your own in-depth interview to add your perspective. For a multi-hyphenate with branches in the tech world as well as the arts, Pressmaster.ai has been invaluable to help my business grow and help me realize the vision I have. It takes a bit of tweaking to get your brand voice on point. But I think that would be the case with any platform.

As someone using Pressmaster AI for social media content, the interview functionality is actually quite useful. It makes you think in depth about yourself, your goals, your brand, etc. I also appreciate how it pulls out insights that no one else would think of to mention when crafting content about me and my brand. However, it often tends to repeat some questions using different wording (I guess to probe concepts).
I also like the trends page. It pulls up useful topics that could the trigger for a thread or a post, although since my sector is quite niche, these trends are not 100% accurate or as up to date as one would like. But it's definitely a good place to start.
I have not yet explored the media outreach option, but if that can truly get your content more visibility without the price tag and “gamble” of hiring PR companies…that might be a life-saver. More to come on this.
Pressmaster is a very useful tool to use. It really helped me zero in on the image I am going for with my brand voice.
When writing thought leadership pieces, particularly through the interview method, it tends to make stuff up by referencing examples or anecdotes that are not real. Or if they are, they tend to be quite generic, leaving the reader the impression that these references are more performative than actual real-life experience.
It helps me craft thought leadership articles that draw on my lived experience as a development practitioner, making it easy to turn them into LinkedIn carousels or paid pieces for industry platforms




The most helpful portion of PressmasterAI is its customer service. This AI is cutting-edge and a lot to absorb.
This is the fastest and most efficient way to build professional credibility that I have seen in a long time.
The learning curve to mastery I would say is the challenge if you are a dummy like me. But this can be over cone by spending more time with the system and utilizing the tutorial videos and joining the community.
It is solving a major problem with building credibility as an expert in our industry.

I like how smart it works and how easy it is to tweak it to make it do what you want it to do. Granted, it has a bit of a learning curve, but once you get through the first 5-6 articles you know how to work the system. It integrates so seamlessly with the different social channels. It is very exciting. And the team behind it is very accessible and is open to feedback. So even in the short time I have been on the platform it is amazing to see how it evolved.
It has quite a bit of a learning curve to figure out how the different bits and pieces work together, what kind of content to post in what length. It would be great to have more of a startup video tutorial that takes a fresh user by their hands and guide them through the first 1 month or so. I think it would make the software even stickier, especially to people who are maybe not so tech-savvy.

I love the AI interview process! With so much noise on social media, it can feel like you're just adding it without a truly unique point-of-view. Pressmaster solved that for me by learning my voice and asking me great questions to write articles and social posts. I started getting comments faster than when I "hand wrote" each post. The onboarding was easily one of the best I've ever seen in an online tool and ensured quick success for me. Getting connected to my accounts was fast and simple and I've had zero errors. Finally, the iOS app is genius! I'm always finding new articles and ideas while reading on my phone or brainstorming while I'm driving and never had a great system for recording or saving those where I would actually come back to them for use. Pressmaster solved that in a beautiful and simple way. I use the platform almost daily now.
Not finding it sooner! One nit-picky thing would be that I wish it had social media analytics to see how the content I'm creating on the platform is performing and being able to spot patterns in my own posts. I'd also love an integration with HubSpot for publishing posts like they have with WordPress (CoSchedule is one of the only platforms I've seen do this).
I'm a solo business owner and the regular production of high quality content - both for blogs and social media - is a grind. I've also struggled to collect ideas and content for production in a way that's effective and efficient. I'm also conscientious about writing sounding like me and not like AI wrote it and their process is incredible for doing that.




Unlike most AI-generated content, this produces content that doesn't sound stilted or overdone. It's excellent and matches my brand voice well enough.
It's very intuitive to use, and you can get your first article published in a couple of hours.
Once you set it up, you can become prolific with content in under an hour or two a week, at most and easily post 3-4 times a week. And I am not talking garbage posts that will embarrass you - these are as close to what I want as I have ever seen an AI tool deliver.
It can also integrate with a bunch of SM and other platforms, and it can schedule and publish for you, if you're into that.
Their support needs to be doubled. Their tech staff are busy finishing off some sprints to get the product where they want it. To be fair, they have released MAJOR updates in the last three months.
They have been taking our feedback and quickly adding improvement, small and large REALLY quickly.



There are a multitude of AI platforms out there that promise to help you create content for use on social media channels. What I like most about Pressmaster.ai though are two major differentiators:
1. It tracks topics you would be interested in to generate content. One of the major issues I had was trying to figure out what to write about. With this system you are provided with articles on topics of interest. Once you view the article you are now provided with potential angles you could write about regarding the article's topic. This is a tremendous benefit as now you don't have to figure out what your content should be about because it's being suggested for you.
2. The other problem with AI-generated content is that it all sounds the same. Not with Pressmaster - it actually interviews you about your article so that the content generated truly has your voice within it. The interviews really feel like you're speaking to another person and performing a podcast about the topic. It is truly an awesome use case for AI because you're able to combine the content from AI with your own personal inputs.
It's really been a tremendous investment but occasionally can be a bit glitchy during the interview process. Not enough to cause me to look elsewhere but enough to get frustrated with it at times. But I figure with a new tool this innovative that is bound to happen.
There also was a bit of a learning curve when setting up and automating posting. But now that I've figure it out it is quite simple.
Pressmaster is solving the issue of content creation and distribution for me. That saves me money because I don't need to hire copywriters and addresses the issue of creating awareness and visibility for my products and services.

It's one of the easiest programs for AI content creation. It captured my voice and tone amazingly well. I love how I can do an interview-style input, or just have it repurpose a news story. I haven't been overly impressed with the Trendmaster feature. I feel like it doesn't grab the types of headlines I would use in my field.
I use it mainly for the blogging feature.




Pressmaster quickly learned and helped me describe my brand voice. I love that I can write a draft article with some key points and Pressmaster helps me turn it into a complete article. Pressmaster also helps optimize my content for various platforms and allows me to schedule it and post automatically. Everything it produces is still unique to me and it's in my voice.
The main downside to Pressmaster is that it doesn't write emails yet.

I think AI is getting a bad rap. I'm in an industry where institutions resisted change because competition hurt margins. In my opinion, AI is upending fields where things like writing articles and press releases were the domain of trained journalists. Pressmaster is taking the burden of developing content and replacing it with the simple formulation of thought in answer to specific questions. The system further expands my interviews by proposing a variety of content formats and then warehouses those content pieces for future usage.




I have saved so much time and become much more productive. Prior to using Pressmaster.ai, I would read a lot of Google Alerts (every night), make a lot of notes about content I would create for the business or suggest to clients. Now with my custom set up, the trends tool does the heavy lifting for me. The pins function means I can collate and collect notes as I go. The speed with which I can now write my own articles, and as someone who has been writing professionally for years, it is my words, my voice and my opinion which it is helping me publish. It might restructure paragraphing and change the headline and sub-headlines. But the words are usually very close to what I fed it. I am not looking for a tool which does too much of what I can already do. But something which adds value, saves me time and gives me the ability to do more. No more procrastinating. I like that you have the ability to tailor it to you.
I wish it had been developed years ago! It would have helped me do so much more than I was able to do.

They're a small company, so response times for questions may be slow at times.

The interview process produces more personalised content than I have experienced with other social media AI tools. The quality of the articles are good. I am pretty fussy but I found I had to make minimal alterations.

Most helpful things with it are:
1. I can get my thoughts out once, then it handles the rest while still keeping and amplifying my voice. And it comes up with great posts off that. Ultimate time saver that actually makes tight leadership and marketing achievable. Sustainable.
2. I’m actually getting more engagement on all my posts.
It doesn’t have good mobile browser layout. No mobile app yet as of March 31st. I imagine one will come out though.
It doesn’t auto-suggest ideas from my own profile. Just auto suggest ideas from trending news n stuff. I have to have other tools help me brainstorm ideas then put them into pressmaster. Would be nice to not have to rely on projects and other tools to hold my ideas.
Thought leadership problem. I don’t want to sound dumb because I couldn’t write my thoughts out properly. And wonder if anybody cares. It also sucks when you get no engagement just because you didn’t learn the latest hacks for a platform from some guy who charges $22/month on some Skool platform, to enroll in a course I know I’ll never finish the first video on because becoming a master at one platform requiring full blown 5 hour education is like…no. Figure that stuff out for me so I can focus on getting my message out, not learning yet another thing to make ‘great content’. Pressmaster removes the thought to article bottleneck and the article to marketing bottleneck. For me they were complete blockers, so I never posted more than like 5 posts a year on my social media. Now I want to post every single day because it actually works And is to EASY.



It can write in my voice so easily, it's brilliant. More importantly, I can talk to it, rather than taking the time to type. It seems to more effortlessly write in my voice as a result. It's great for creating social posts, as well as writing articles for publication. The very first article I published was picked up by 3 different press sites. It's a fantastic tool and we use it every week.

I really like the feature where you can create new articles from stuff around the internet, add your expertise and get both social media content or a full article. That has really helped my workflows. I still modify the content but as far as those Twitter threads that everyone reads but take along time to write, Pressmaster has really helped me out in this area. I also like Trendmaster and being able to create content from trending topics. That helps me out in the news and politics space alot! I keep Pressmaster open at all times and I use it at least once a day and I dig into once a week. I will say that customer support is solid over chat and email. Getting started with the tool is really easy. I love the new pin feature where I can do summaries of podcasts, interviews and other stuff. Getting my social channels and even my wordpress site was easy as well.
I bought a press release through them and it took them 3 weeks to actually put it out. It looks like that system needs some refinement. There are still some website quirks and things that don't work. I haven't become a thought leader in 45 days and my social media following has grown a ton since I started using Pressmaster but I am hopeful that will time and consistency, I will get there.

Pressmaster's interview software, while it's a genius idea, still needs to refining. You have to take special care since it's AI and not a real person. I had to pause and wait so the AI would know I've finished an idea, but it would also cut me off when I was still speaking. The first time I used it, it crashed after a few questions, but I was relieved it had saved all my work. Now I prefer just typing in my responses which feels smoother.

As a former freelance writer, I always avoided AI writing tools UNTIL I started using Pressmaster. I love how easy it is to use and how much time it saves. But I REALLY love how it creates content in our Brand Voice. My favorite feature is the Pin Feature. It was as if the developers read my mind when they created it. I have a notepad full of notes and ideas from listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos but they never turned into content. Now, I quickly create posts by simply copy and pasting a link to the video, adding some context and letting Pressmaster do the rest. Love it!

This AI press machine is a ROCK STAR!!!! Makes any small start-up, like us, look like a real pro in the media. Articles are developed with eye-catching, thought-provoking content. Were in the human interest/medical neglect relief/ NGO space and this tool drove our point home. Havent launched it to 1000"s of media outlets yet, as we're not ready to capture and leverage that wave of readership just yet, but so far I'm impressed.
Let's see how it launches our articles first and then Ill be able to see if there is anything (if anything) that Id complain about it. So far, Im confident it will deliver as promised.
